This is great news and an opportunity for agents to distinguish themselves from the rest of the pack. Either Group Disability, Long Term Care, or beneficial Supplemental benefits employers are craving MORE. The labor market is strong and thus has become more competitive. Employers are working their best to ensure they can recruit and maintain their key employees by adding to their benefits package thus adding to the value they bring.
The only question is – are YOU going to be the agent that brings it up to the employer…. or SOMEONE ELSE?
